Limited in production, these series of luxurious timepieces represent Backes & Strauss’ close association with British Royalty, its fondness towards English history, as well as its dedication to philanthropy.

 

The timepiece is inspired by the classic Berkeley Shape - but with a modern slim design case that incorporates a brushed stainless steel bracelet with polished steel links. The decorated mechanical movement is visible from the open case back. The watch also features the signature Jewel in the Crown - a diamond set in the crown, which adds an element of elegance to the timepiece.

Introducing the Mayfair Golden Sands watch, inspired by the breathtaking sands of Saudi Arabia. Its salmon dial and exquisite design capture the essence of the Arabian desert. The timepiece has been created in collaboration with the 10:10 Lab and is Limited 10 pieces.

Available in one size, the Piccadilly Mystery Smile’s 18kt white gold case and buckle are meticulously set with white Ideal Cut diamonds. Finally, as Backes & Strauss tradition dictates, each piece is masterfully completed with the brand’s trademark Ideal Cut diamond set into the crown, also known as the Jewel in the Crown

Backes and Strauss are pleased to announce the launch of the Helios range. The Helios limited edition comprises of 102 timepieces, split evenly between brushed grey and black titanium. Armed with a 48-hour power reserve, the watch also features a bespoke skeleton mechanical movement similar.

The Regent 1609 AD, available in 18kt white or rose gold, celebrates both creativity and science. Designed to honour Sir Thomas Harriot, the first British astronomer to map the moon 400 years ago, it brings together the ingenuity of two Houses: Backes & Strauss and Franck Muller. Its dial reveals the different phases of the moon in midnight blue and is set with 17 diamonds, portraying the Great Bear Constellation, while its gold case is further set with 54 Ideal Cut diamonds.

In reaction to the surge in demand for ivory, especially from the Asian markets, the "Tears of The African Elephant" charity, founded by two Japanese women, has at its heart the objective of promoting amongst the public, the dangers facing the livelihood of the African Elephant. With the official support and endorsement of His Royal Highness, The Duke of Cambridge, Backes & Strauss has crafted two very special and unique timepieces.

Playful & vibrant this timepiece is set on 18kt white gold with 3 rows of round brilliant diamonds and a further 376 set into the dial. The yellow alligator leather brings up the natural vivid colours of the diamonds, which are known as Canary yellow diamonds for their strong colour and unusual characteristics.
